Random Rewards, unlike guaranteed rewards, are not always given when the parent sub-pool is called.Valuable Tech Treasure is an example of a guaranteed reward. Guaranteed Rewards are always given in the same way when the parent sub-pool is called.Within each sub-pool is a list of possible rewards.
